These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the www.pharmazonhomecare.com website and every order placed with Pharmazon. We are Pharmazon, a limited company registered in England. We are a leading online pharmacy in the UK and are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (registration number 9011805).

We may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

02Using this website

The contents of this website are directed solely at those who access the site from the UK. Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website of any products is governed by English law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Risk and title in the products will pass to you when they are despatched by us to you, from the UK, and you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for complying with any restrictions around the receipt and use by you of the products.

To register with and use this site you must be over 18 and the details you give us must be true. You are responsible for your use of this site and for your orders, so please keep your log-in details secure so that no one else can misuse them.

Pharmazon has taken care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharmazon disclaims all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of this website. Pharmazon and its directors or related companies shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from use of this website, except that this exclusion of liability does not apply to any damages in connection with death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Pharmazon, its directors or employees.

All content of this website is for information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. 03Your personal information

We collect your personal details, such as your name, email, mobile number and address, to enhance your experience and improve our services. Occasionally, we may send you updates about new products, services or special offers. Your information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

04Orders and payment

Once an order has been placed, the transaction is processed manually at the premises of Pharmazon by our registered pharmacists, who are members of the General Pharmaceutical Council.

This website should be regarded as an invitation to treat. Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase, which Pharmazon may accept or decline at its absolute discretion without having to give a reason. A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer. A contract is made at the point a sale invoice is issued by Pharmazon, after a pharmacist has checked your order.

We only deliver prescription medication within the UK. If your medicines appear to be damaged, or your delivery appears to be wrong, please call 01494 424 435 or email pharmacy@pharmazon.ltd. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products.

05Pricing and price changes

The price of your medication and any associated services will be confirmed to you on the secure payment link before you make payment. This is the total amount you will be charged for that order, including all applicable charges. Where possible, an itemised breakdown will be provided.

We review our prices from time to time and may change them to reflect changes in our costs, including the cost of medicines, specialist handling and delivery. Any price change applies only to orders paid for after the change takes effect. The price that applies to your order is the price shown on the payment link when you pay. Once you have paid, we will not ask you to pay more for that order because of a later price change.

If you have an ongoing or recurring arrangement with us where payments are taken without a new payment link, we will give you at least 28 days’ notice of any price change before it applies to you. You may cancel that arrangement before the new price takes effect, without charge.

Because we do not publish medication prices on our website, you can ask us at any time to confirm the current price of your medication before placing an order. Please contact us at pharmacy@pharmazon.ltd. If we discover a pricing error after you have paid, such as being charged an amount different from the one shown on your payment link, we will contact you and refund any overpayment promptly.
